Giving hope to communities across Afghanistan

Now more than ever, women and girls need your help. Around the globe, their rights and freedoms are being stripped away. But nowhere is the situation worse than in Afghanistan.

It’s been three years since the Taliban regained control of Afghanistan and imposed severe restrictions on the communities we serve. Even so, many brave women and girls – and their families – are fighting back. They are demanding education and we must stand with them.

This summer, Central Asia Institute is raising funds to support 7,800 primary-school students, – 5,388 of whom are girls. Please make a gift to CAI today so that we can continue our critical work to educate Afghan children.
